How do I return an item?

Please contact clojoruthdesigns@gmail.com to make a returns claim and we will provide you with a postage label. 

 

What is your returns policy?

If you are unhappy with your order please do get in touch and hopefully we will be able to resolve any issues. 
 

You can make a claim for a refund, repair or replacement if the product you've bought doesn't meet these three standards:

  1. Satisfactory quality: The product shouldn't be damaged or faulty when you receive it.

  2. Fit for purpose: You should be able to use it for the purpose it is designed for.

  3. As described: It should match its description when you bought it. 

A return claim must be made within 14 days of the purchase date and the item returned within 7 days of the claim being made and the return label received. 

When will I receive my order? 

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of you placing your order, items are sent Royal Mail second class (usually 1-3 days). However please bare in mind that all products are handmade and during busy times orders may take a little longer to process. If you need something quickly please get in touch and we will do our very best! 

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay through PayPal or credit/ debit card. Simply add items to your cart and then proceed to check out.

What are your delivery costs?

UK delivery is free for all orders over £25 and charged at a flat rate of £1.85 for orders below that.
